The City of Edinburgh Council will be delivering Holiday support for children with disabilities and young people in 2021 for 5 weeks over the summer. The City of Edinburgh Council has expanded their summer provision and have set up an additional support Hub. This will be based in Braidburn School for five weeks over the summer period running from 5 July 2021 until 6 August 2021 with each day being from 9.00-3.00.
The Holiday Support is for children with disabilities and young people:
- who are unable to access mainstream supports even with additional support, and
- whose family require support during the school holidays.
If you would like your child to be considered for a place at our Holiday Support please complete the below form and send to Playscheme@edinburgh.gov.uk by end of the day Sunday 20th June 2021.
After this deadline, each application will be considered and we will prioritise those families most in need of support. Each child who is offered a place will be offered 2 days over the summer period.
