In October, one of our amazing supporters Laura Whitehead is taking on a thrilling challenge: a skydive from 15,000 feet. But this jump is more than just an adrenaline rush!
When Laura asked her partner — an avid skydiver — when he planned to propose, he told her he would pop the question when she agreed to jump out of a plane. With their wedding just around the corner in September, Laura is keeping her end of the deal and raising funds for VOCAL in the process.
As a parent of children with autism, Laura has accessed VOCAL’s support, including financial advice, emotional support, sensory equipment, and much-needed respite.
