Today is European Carers Day, a multi-national campaign that aims to drive recognition of caring across Europe! This year’s theme is work-life-care balance.
The responsibility of caring for someone often comes with challenges that can impact not only your own wellbeing but also your ability to maintain balance.
At VOCAL, we hold monthly sessions for carers in employment. Each session offers guidance around your entitlements as a carer at work including flexible working rights and the challenges of juggling care and employment. It’s a great opportunity to meet other carers too.
