A big thank you to the 30 abseilers who braved the weather to scale the height and descend from the Forth Rail Bridge on Sunday 24 June. Together they have raised nearly £10,000 for carers services at VOCAL. Here is a video of the abseil - read more about the day below . . .

Even a few showers couldn't dampen spirits for this year's Forth Rail Bridge Abseil. Nervous and excited energy quickly turned to relief and a great sense of achievement as the abseilers made it down the bridge.
One participant commented:
As it gets further and further behind me, I am able to enjoy more and more! It was great to meet so many people from VOCAL and to get such a warm greeting from everyone!.
